All ingredients in Nourish are certified organic except for the Hydrilla Verticillata - which is an algae that is not yet available from a certified organic farm. However, we test each batch of Nourish for heavy metals, gluten and pesticides to ensure quality + purity.

Neither - we utilize whole herbs in powder form, rather than strong herbal extracts or ingredients made in a lab.

We thoughtfully formulated our blends to work together as a foundation for overall health, but they certainly have their benefits individually, as well. If you want to start with just one blend, we recommend starting with Nourish. Add in Balance for additional stress support, Elevate for detoxification support, and Digest for digestion support.

Look for the instructions on each bottle for dosage recommendations. We recommend taking Nourish & Elevate in the morning, Balance in the morning or early afternoon, and Digest in the evening right before bed.
