We’re passionate about creating supplements that address the health issues we face within our modern environments. We do this by going back to basics, using simple blends of whole herbs and superfoods to promote health on a foundational level.*

how terreia came to life

Driven by their shared love for nature and belief in the profound benefits of whole, organic herbs and algae, co-founders Brooke and Mike Perry set out to create a line of natural wellness blends that went deeper than typical supplements. Not another biohacking method, but a way to re-connect with the earth through natural ingredients, supporting health in the ways we need the most within a modern world.

With a combined 10+ years of experience in the supplement industry, operating their own independent health and wellness store, Terra Supplements + Superfoods, since 2018, the couple became familiar with the ins and outs of the industry. They kept a discerning eye to source only the highest quality products for their shelves, focusing on 100% organic, whole-food products. Despite their superior product mix, they still saw the need for a line of supplements that focused on the health issues we face in a modern world: stress, poor detoxification, low immune function and struggling digestion.

After two years of rigorous research and development, Brooke and Mike launched Terreia with a mission to support the foundational pillars of health by managing modern stress & toxin exposure with whole, organic ingredients. They knew that nature held the key to well-being, and they were determined to make it simpler for people to incorporate herbs, algae and superfoods into their daily routines. Understanding how extractions and synthetic isolations can only create more issues, and even side effects, they wanted to go back to basics and create something simple, yet powerful, that could be taken daily & long term, by anyone.
